My husband and I went to dinner Saturday night and ordered a bottle of wine. As the sommelier described the selections I noticed how the vocabulary for describing wine is very similar to the way we define a fine fragrance. It got me to thinking – since it’s a common practice to pair wine with dinner why not go one step further and find the perfect fragrance to enjoy with your wine and entrée? Chardonnay has been called the gateway wine as it can please both beginner and sophisticated palates.
